Rooted in Central Arkansas, we deliver precision concrete finishing with a focus on craftsmanship and accessibility.

I’m Larry Parks, the founder and operator of Concrete Access Solutions. I grew up around the trades, learning the value of hard work early on from my father, who was a local builder. Later, during my nearly eight years of service in the United States Air Force, I learned that true precision, clear communication, and discipline aren't just buzzwords—they are the only way to operate.

I’ve proudly called Arkansas home since 1983. After graduating from Jacksonville High, my wife Rebekah and I eventually put down our roots right here in Cabot. We’ve been together for 28 years, and when I’m not on a job site, you can usually find us traveling, spending time with our two granddaughters, or relaxing by a campfire near the Buffalo River.

With six years of specialized experience in the concrete industry, I launched Concrete Access Solutions to bring a higher standard of residential flatwork, driveways, sidewalks, and custom patios to our local communities.
